Call for Dues

iconHere is the long-delayed Call for Dues from NLTA members.
The consensus is:

          • tenants occupying under 500 square feet should pay a minimum of $50
          • those with larger spaces, $50 for every 1000 square feet

For example: tenants with 2000 square feet should pay $100. You should pay for the space you use for your business, whatever that may be. Subletters should pay for the space they use.

Larger donations are encouraged!

We need a war chest not only to pay for things we need to do but to demonstrate tenant commitment and credibility.

Also, if you are not a tenant and would like to make a contribution to the NLTA in order to see the arts continue to flourish in Hoboken, we welcome your support and will add you to our list of activities and updates.

Thank you for all you do for the Neumann Leathers Tenants Association.
